      How can I apply for a job at Capital Arts?

      Do I need previous experience to apply?

      Experience is preferred, but not always required. If you’re passionate, hardworking, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you — especially for junior or assistant roles.

      Do I need to link my bank account in order to use it?

      We value creativity, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail. Whether you work in design, production, or installation — we look for people who take pride in their craft.

      What is the working schedule?

      Our standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime may occasionally be required for urgent projects, and it’s always compensated or adjusted with time off.

      Is the work location fixed or project-based?

      Most positions are based at our head office or workshops in Sensok, Phnom Penh. Some roles (like installers or project engineers) may involve site visits around the city or nearby provinces.

      How long does the hiring process take?

      Usually 5–10 days, depending on the role. We’ll update you at every step — from your first call to final decision.

      What should I include in my portfolio?

      If you’re applying for design or technical roles, include your best 5–10 works — signage, layouts, renderings, or drawings that show your real skill. Keep it simple and clear.

      Does Capital Arts offer internships?

      Yes! We occasionally accept interns in design, engineering, or production. Interns who perform well are often offered full-time positions later.
