Projection Introduction

Sathapana Bank Logo Signs 3d Letters work by Capital Arts Cambodia
  • Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
  • Client: Sathapana Bank
  • Main Contractor: Capital Arts Cambodia Co., Ltd.
  • Project Duration: 4 June 2025 – 3 September 2025
  • Height: 108 meters
  • Category: High-Rise Façade Signage Rebranding

Project Overview

The Sathapana Tower project is one of the most challenging façade rebranding works ever completed by our team. Standing more than 108 meters tall, this tower is a well-known landmark in Phnom Penh. Capital Arts was trusted to remove the old façade signage and replace it with a completely new illuminated branding system that reflects Sathapana Bank’s image and quality.

From design and fabrication to installation at extreme height, every stage demanded precision, planning, and discipline.

Safety Is Our Highest Priority

Before anything else, we value safety. This project involved continuous gondola work at 100 meters above ground, so our first responsibility was to protect every person involved.

Daily safety briefings, double-checked harness systems, and round-the-clock supervision were in place throughout the entire operation. Each team member was trained to follow international standards, and no one was allowed to proceed until safety conditions were confirmed.

We are proud to report zero incidents from start to finish. This achievement represents who we are — a company that delivers results without compromising human safety.

Scope of Work

  • Design, fabrication, and installation of 4 illuminated façade logos (north, south, east, and west sides)
  • Each logo includes the main emblem and “SATHAPANA” letters
  • Logo dimensions: 7.0 m (height) × 6.6 m (width)
  • Letter height: 3.4 m
  • Lighting: Samsung LED modules, 8000K color temperature
  • Materials: Acrylic, 3M translucent stickers, aluminum structure, stainless steel letters, and semi gloss white finishing.
  • Removal of previously installed logo and letters safely.
  • Installation system: 8 gondolas, custom-fabricated steel brackets, and heavy-duty anchor systems with calculation reports.

Challenges and Solutions

Executing façade works at a 108-meter-tall operational bank building located along one of Phnom Penh’s busiest roads posed significant challenges.
Key difficulties included:

  • Restricted working hours and access due to daily banking operations
  • Heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the area
  • Strict safety protocols due to height and public exposure
  • Weather interruptions during the monsoon period

Despite these conditions, Capital Arts achieved 100% safety compliance and zero incidents throughout the project. Close collaboration between the Sathapana Bank Construction Coordination Team, CBRE, and Capital Arts engineers ensured seamless scheduling, access management, and safety control.

Execution

The project combined high-altitude engineering precision with meticulous craftsmanship.
Capital Arts deployed:

  • 12 gondolas for simultaneous multi-side work

  • Custom brackets and stainless steel 316g anchor systems designed for long-term façade integrity

  • Over 80 skilled professionals, including engineers, safety officers, scaffold and gondola teams, installation experts, and production technicians

All fabrication was performed at the Capital Arts workshops, followed by site assembly and testing to guarantee uniform brightness and flawless alignment across all façades.

Completion and Results

The project was completed ahead of schedule with flawless installation quality and remarkable night-time visibility.
The rebranded Sathapana Tower now stands as one of Phnom Penh’s most visually prominent landmarks, visible from every direction across the city.

The new signage not only reinforces the bank’s refreshed identity but also showcases Capital Arts’ capability to deliver complex high-rise signage solutions with international safety and engineering standards.

Client Feedback

“Sathapana team appreciated the outcome and were fully satisfied with the result. The façade logos now reflect exactly what we envisioned for our rebranded identity.”
